Amazed.net, along with my sites that are hosted there, is down since last few hours. Has anyone been able to contact Manu or anyone else there?

I think they're having an issue with some cPanel updates and the Kernel they recently upgraded to.

Hello, Yes there seems to be a problem with cpanel conflicting with the latest kernel, we'll get the server back up as soon as possible and resolve this once and for all. Please accept my apologies no one likes downtime worse them me. I'll be reissuing everyone on that server a free month's credit / a months refund due to the ongoing state of the server.

everything should be back up now, one of our admins will take a look at the box to finally stop this from happening.

Yes, the server is back online. I don't want/care for the refund or free credit. Just keep the server up and we will be more than happy.
