beachcomber server downtime

I have a server from beachcomber. And it has down for more than 1 hours. I sent some e-mails and only one response : "it will be reboot soon" but they still didn't correct this problem and i didn't get a reasonable response yet.. i had this problem 1-2 times in last month.
