lnhost.com down again

I been using lnhost.com for a while now. They went down for the second time, in last 2 months. The first time was for 6 days, and now they been down for over a week. I got tired of it and went and brought another plan, but there is no way to get into contact with the owner of it because I want my refund for 2 accounts that I have with them.
