Resellerzoom down ?

Hello, I submitted a ticket to Resellerzoom 5hours back, still no reply. Now I see the site is down but my account is working fine. Server : Jupiter. BTW, I don't think they offer any uptime gaurantee. Does anyone have past uptime record because I am really worried if its reliable or not ? Thanks,

Both Resellerzoom and HostingZoom sites are loading fine for me in California.
