FDC Down????

FDC was down (all servers) for atleast 10 minutes, including their own site. Anyone knows why ??? Cause I know they will never answer customers correctly. Anybody else noticed downtime??? It just came back up 5 minutes ago.

My server was not down at all. If you require the reliable company, you should have read lots of feedback regarding them on WHT and consider more reliable, stable company, with decent network.

Anyway here's the response I got from them. I didn't get any notification of this outage. Did you? ---- The outage you experianced was part of a planned maintenance. You should have recieved an email which warned of this maintenance. It was sent to all customers from what I gather, you may need to contact sales@fdcservers.net and inquire as to why you never recieved an email(as they are the ones who sent them). **** FDCServers

Didnt got any email at all. And since their site was down as well, couldnt open up a ticket for it.

erickoh, Thank you for the information. Seems like my monitoring service is not working properly. sam2579, There are lots of problems with FDC network all the time. I think it is not the first and not the last. If Quality is important for you, just find a reputable company.

My VDS (#1 + Cpanel) Was down for a total of 40 minutes.
