Vexhost down?

They've been down for nearly a week, or already a week since I've lost count. My friends and myself are losing patience with the down time. There was no email from them explaining what is going on. I would switch servers at once but I don't have access to my domain name since Vexhost registered it for me. Plus I haven't gotten my forums' latest backup. Does anyone know what's going on or when it's going to be back up? I would try contacting them by phone but it'll be an international call.

Okay can someone living in the US please help me and try to contact them at 8772194828 ? Or does anyone have any suggestions on how to get my domain rights?

Actually a week plus five days, if you check the post dates. They must be one of those patient types.

I'm a pretty patient person, but this is getting ridiculous as now the downtime is moving to the second week. >_< Argh I should of never signed up with Vexhost! Their promotional offer's cheap price really got into me. I wanted to move servers when I got the funds but looks like it's too late now.

1 hour of downtime is enough for me .
