they are backup now, but as far as I could see through trace route, locally and online they were down, as well as all of my sites

"again" conotates that it was down prior recently. Such NOT being the case here, that title is rather inappropriate. Please wait a few minutes prior to making such a post to confirm it is actually an issue.
In this specific case, we have been doing some work on our Top Layer DDOS gear installation today.

Seconds of downtime to prevent hours of downtime seems appropriate to me. And I agree that the comment "Down again" was inappropriate as I havent seen anything about Burst recently.
Thread should be closed IMO.

BurstNet is quite slow now (at least for me)
