leaseweb apc10 down?

our server dropped off line so I did some traceroutes and apc10 doesnt respond but apc9 and and apc11 are fine, we are getting downtime on average every 1-2 weeks with faults due to apc switch or others on same switch been attacked, whats the reason this time, if anyone knows thanks.
