Does anyone know how to contact Tracy at Weberz. We are a reseller and their mailserver is down now for several hours. We have several customers who are now really irritated. I have repeatedly tried to email them, on several different email address, and their phone number just runs in loops and never connects you to anyonr nor lets you leave a message.

i am also a customer of tracy's. and have also had NO LUCK with him today. i spoke with him yesterday on an unrelated issue, and he was 'about to install dedicated server hosting'. perhaps he crossed some wires doing that. here's what i did: email him at tracy.phillips@weberz.com. You can also call him at 1-800-677-1047 Tel. 1-775-320-0589 Fax. When you do get this loopy stupid auto attendant, if you press 1,2,or 3, it just loops you right back to the main. So press zero. That will allow you to leave a message. Whether Tracy gets it or not is another thing, but at least he didn't shut that off. I'm seriously ticked off, due to another experience with another host that disappeared. I will be asking for a refund for this month due to the loss of business. Hi, The file system is corrupt on the mail/mysql server and we are migrating to another server and will put backups in place once the server has been recreated. Tracy

actually mail is receiving but not sending. this is still not up 12 hours later?
