problems with pixiehost?

Pixiehost seems to be down. Can't access their site as well as hosted sites. Anyone else having this problem?

They were down from about 4:00pm ET on 2/7/05 until about 12:30am ET 2/8/05. As far as I know this only affected any sites on the Neptune server. They haven't replied to any support requests or posted any info aobut their problems. This has been a major problem at Pixiehost since Decemeber. They were down at least 8 different times in January for extended periods of time. The owner made some promises about fixing the problems but has failed to keep them or deliver them. Without the proper communication from Pixiehost, there is no good reason to stay with them.

I know that Roy has been moving home recently, and hasn't been in-touch with his business too much. I also know a few customers of his that weren't billed for service at one point, which I'm sure made some people worry. Dan
