It's most likely a CPanel error on your server that's causing that to happen. It has happened with my servers before. Submit a support ticket to CPanel, they should be able to help you out. I have ran into the same error a few times on some of my servers and i restarted Bind and then it worked But some times it didnt So that may help you out

Are you downgrading the cPanel server? that will break it.

Somehow our Cpanel decided to upgrade it self to 10.x -RELEASE build (FreeBSD) over night, ignoring -STABLE update setting. Thanks a bunch Matt.

Stacie, Change your settings to never update, untill your ready to do them. Seen to many programs get updated and break. If your using Horde, check it and see if it works.
