intersq.com down (theplanet?)

Hi, i have a few sites hosted at intersq.com - who have their machines located at theplanet. After the major outage at theplanet last week, seems that intersq is down at the moment, but theplanet works fine. Looking for any clues as to what is going on, anyone hosted there aswell? thanks

Slight misunderstanding here from my part did you mean "it is showing, down here too" - mean at your location you can access their site? Or did you mean "it is showing down, here too" - meaning it's offline for you aswell? Sorry for the misunderstanding, i just didn't get it hehe, i still can't access intersq.com or any of the sites i have hosted there (eg 1980.be)

seems like intersq.com has been down for the last 12 hours or so and no sign what so ever as to what is going on...has anyone have an idea how i could contact them or figure out somehow how much longer this outage will take? Also as for backup servers, is it possible to add a 3rd/4th/etc dns to domain names to keep the domain going? So if the primary server (eg currently intersq.com for which i use their primary and secundary dns for my domains) would go down, would it automatically try the 3rd/4th dns server for the domain or is this impossible? I'm not so savvy on this topic, and even less so for mail, mx records etc. Just wondering to avoid these outages if it would be a solution to get another backup server at a different host/location to host 3rd/4th dns servers. If anyone could help would be very appreciated, thanks
