INFEXION.NET - any way to run a biz?

Set up a basic shared plan with Infexion beginning of December. Had downtime over the Christmas weekend, no reply from support desk. Thought "hmm, no support over holiday weekend" so emailed owner InfexionKen. His rapid response was 12 hours of downtime in that incident. One week later, this past weekend, again loss of service. Response from the support desk: Over 30 hours of downtime at this posting. I note InfexionKen placing New Year's promotions in the Hosting Offers forum. Ken - where would your new clients go? To the servers with the "recent downtimes"? To better servers? If you have better servers, why not move we unhappy clients to the better servers? Is this any way to run a hosting business?

Infexion.net is a very unreliable host. They have no respect for user data. My website has been down for 3 days. Even there own website infexion.net has been down for 2 days. It appears that they have changed the looks of their website, in the expense of deleting the user website. I have now lost my data including mysql database. They don't give any advance warning or reply to support emails. Caution advised.
