Due to a facilities issue, we had to temporarily remove our staff from our call center. This will cause a delay in support tonight. We will still monitor reboot requests as possible, and will update as soon as we have more information.

Dan, Just curious was this due to a fire, gas leak or something else? A "facilities issue" does seem rather broad by definition.
