It's back up again now.... just a little unstable. Hopefully just co-incidence.

It looks like everything is back to normal - a short network interruption with our provider. Thanks, Richard

Thanks Richard. It didn't last too long, so hopefully it was a one-off. Back to normal today (good fast delivery).

Unfortunately the same can't be said for the Eros server which ran high load yesterday. The peek was ~160 and for about six-seven hours it ran at ~20-30. The trouble ticket I opened didn't get a response for eight hours. Same thing today, the load is running ~20-30 and I've already opened a trouble ticket. As I type this the load is 21.79 on a 1 CPU server. Let's see, according to the support website the last three checks on the load are 24.17 19.91 20.17. Looks to me that the sale to dotCanada wasn't a good thing, unless things straighten out in the long run. Unfortunately, that doesn't help the numerous emails I'm getting from clients wanting to know why their website takes sixty+ seconds to load.
