The company is slowly beginning to "die". No one is being responsible and taking the time to answer support tickets. I for one, am still confused about why they have not yet setup their from end support-center. They claim its due to clients seeing other knowledge bases, but I know they can just turn off access to the knowledge base under the support center options and everyone will be happy. This company is truely beginning to confused me

Let's be honest: This isn't a merge, It's merely a client takeover. I don't know the reputation of the new owners but for the reputation of VPScolo it will have to start over again, at least for me. I just recieved a support ticket (wich I didn't have a # because it never came) That they had a problem at the datacenter. No warning, no IMs live to calm people down....I don't know...

Perhaps I'll give them a break actually. They have been responding to my support tickets recently just fine. I'm just a tad bit worried because of how long my orginal account setup took

I understand the concern people are having and we are working on the communications. For the actual problems today we did place information on the forums at http://forums.vpscolo.com which can be the best way if things are critical. For IM that is generally manned during office hours by myself and being the weekend I'm afraid I was away from my desk. We have also hired in 3 new support techs who will be helping out as well 24x7 which should get support times faster and better. The helpdesk we also have a new front end in beta testing which will be going live shortly. We are definitly aware of customers current opinions of us and are working on getting things back to where they were. Along with the introduction of the esculation hotline which again is manned by myself. We are hoping that these new additions and changes are slowley starting to restore customer confidance in us and again get VPSColo back to where I feel it should be Rgds Rus

I'm still trusting you guys, but I have to meet a quality standard for my clients as you have to with yours. It's has been nothing but wonderful since I am with VPScolo but I'm worried about these little glitches like lost support center lost and such. I understand sh*t happens though, I'm just worried because my business relays on quality standards VPScolo once met. Let's see how it turns out for all of us.
