Hello everyone, I have a server at exist, and she seems to be as dead as a fish anyone else getting this? ~Francisco

Hello, Your server was taken offline because you had a DDOS attack on one of your IP's. Also, we monitor the server for NETWORK and HARDWARE failures and none were detected, it is most likely some tweaking you did on your server. Also, since you got a DDOS, you are probably doing something on the internet to someone who is now taking revenge. We have to wait until it clears out Thank You

Your response to your customer is to pull the plug without contacting them, then say it's either his own fault, or something he had coming? Nice customer service skills there, existsite.

Hello, He had nothing coming at all. He himself contacted us saying he's done something bad regarding spamming people and that now he got a DDOS attack on his back. Why are you judging us, we contacted him and went through this with him and he completely understood.

Then why did he start this thread? Doesn't sound like you "went through this" with him. Francisco? You did something bad? I don't believe it!

He said its dead as a fish. With our experience, many people posts on forums without even first contacting us, and this we are not so sure why
