Hello, Sorry for the downtime clients, this was at fault of Layered Technologies, after issues even they couldnt solve with apache we asked for an OS reload and they did not remount our backup drive for almost a week, once they did their were issues with apache again. We have moved to Synergy Blue and we are currently transfering our shared accounts to the new server. My apologies for all inconveniences this has caused. Clients who experienced this downtime will be compensated. Thank you for understanding!

Site is still down and I'm glad to see the answer...So after upgrading or transfering,,,There won't be this kind of problem?? Before this happens, I was very satisfied with your service including price and stablity,,, I understand now how hard it was to you also.,, But one thing I want to suggest is, Please be connected with clients,,, I've sent more than 3-4 emails but haven't got the answers,,,, After that...Thanks for all works you done in last week... PS. What kind of Compensation??
