Yep, my dedicated has been down for about an hour I think. I'd have to check alertra for the exact time. QP have been great to work with, but I wonder if they're even aware of the problem since their own site is down as well. The downtime is getting a little old, seems to happen about once a month, and I keep overlooking it. I'm definately reconsidering that right about now.
