Hi, It seems afforadablehost have gone dead, as I am still awaiting a reply to a support ticket which I opened 16 days ago! Great technical support!

grahammm, maybe it would be a good idea to submit anew ticket or give them a call? Some support ticket systems set to close tickets that have been laying around for some time. Hope everything resolves for you. AffordableHost has a good reputation, something must have gone seriously wrong. Best,
