Gnax Down 3 hours and counting

Posted by Dave W, 06-12-2005, 09:13 PM
A portion of Gnax is currently down. here is the router that is down: http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/tracer...=209.51.131.94 If you hit this router a few times you should see it come back up then crash. This is what has been happening since around 6pm ESt I have been told that they are being ddos'd but a rep on the phone. There is very little information in their forums: http://www.tranxactglobal.com/forum/...read.php?t=724 The odd thing is that some people who pass through abovenet are down: http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/tracer...eedhosting.net and some people who pass through abovenet are up: http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/tracer...p=coastinc.com Anyway, I'll sit here and watching the clock progress a bit more.

They haven't stated what the actual issue is, est time to fix or pretty much anything at all.

we are troubleshooting it and will keep everyone up to date when I figure it out. it is not down by the way - but performance is affected in a random way. I will have it figured out shortly.

I haven't been able to reach my server from multiple points for 3 hours even once. Don't get me wrong I love gnax it's a great network but when My customers and Resellers start complaining I start searching for answers anywhere I can get them. Last edited by Dave W; 06-12-2005 at 09:43 PM.

Some of GNAX servers are down again. Last days their network is much worse than Managed.com's....

They were doing a few emergency server moves, not sure if that is part of your issue.
