WestHost down

I have a couple of clients hosted with a local WestHost reseller. My uptime monitor shows their server has been down four about 12 hours now. Last edited by PostiniWholesaler; 10-19-2005 at 04:14 PM.

Apparently there's been a fiber cut affecting a large data center in Chicago. I'm not sure whether WestHost's web servers are there, but apparently at least their DNS servers are. That gleaned from an announcement at searchengineworld.com, the domain to which webhostingworld's forums (hosted by WestHost) have been partially moved during the outage.
