Same here.... but I think the issue is upstream network. I've got a few emails in.. no response yet tho. Mine looks a bit better. It goes to the CRNC network and stops there: traceroute to 69.9.XX.XXX (69.9.XX.XXX), 30 hops max, 38 byte packets 1 ge-6-0-core.scr1.hostnoc.net (66.96.192.1) 0.321 ms 0.229 ms 0.143 ms 2 ge-rtr1.scra1.hostnoc.net (66.197.191.81) 0.251 ms 0.295 ms 0.222 ms 3 ge1-oc48-1-0-ctsi.rtr0.phla1.hostnoc.net (66.197.191.2) 5.584 ms 5.517 ms 5.588 ms 4 g0-9.na21.b003003-1.phl01.atlas.cogentco.com (38.112.240.33) 6.011 ms 6.074 ms 6.338 ms 5 g10-2.core01.phl01.atlas.cogentco.com (66.250.8.85) 5.954 ms 6.273 ms 6.251 ms 6 p5-0.core02.jfk02.atlas.cogentco.com (66.28.4.1) 8.629 ms 8.587 ms 8.762 ms 7 p5-0.core02.jfk01.atlas.cogentco.com (66.28.4.170) 8.442 ms 8.591 ms 8.417 ms 8 p1-0.core01.ewr02.atlas.cogentco.com (154.54.3.170) 8.843 ms 8.973 ms 8.990 ms 9 302.ge-2-3-0.cr1.ewr1.us.nlayer.net (69.31.94.29) 9.530 ms 9.084 ms 9.054 ms 10 0.ge-0-3-0.cr1.nyc1.us.nlayer.net (69.31.95.161) 9.868 ms 9.675 ms 9.490 ms 11 crnc.invisiblehand.net (216.12.164.73) 9.137 ms 9.396 ms 10.033 ms 12 * * * 13 * * * 14 * * * 15 * * * 16 * * * 17 * * * 18 * *

I was planning on moving several to there (overall comments from them are good) But this worries me and the fact they don't answer support in european or asian hours. This happend to me on the past (not network issues but reboots) What worries me most is I don't have a phone number to call them so I know they are aware of it. I am betting they haven't yet read the support tickets.

I opened a ticket 1 hour ago about this issue and still no answer. And my customers tell me the servers has been down for 3 hours and 20 minutes now

Poop... hopefully somebody important will wake up soon? hehe... nice huh...

Posted by bugsoft, 10-21-2005, 06:41 AM
That's what happend last time. After 3 hours when it get's to 8 or 9AM EST someone wakes up and fixes the problem(s) but I don't really like that at all. Makes me think twice

Posted by bugsoft, 10-21-2005, 07:01 AM
7:00AM EST Means it's gona take at least 2 more hours and that makes 6 hours of network downtime!!!

Nice router backups: "At approximately 5 AM, our Cisco 3550 Layer 3 switch failed. A replacement is being sent to us, via same day shipment courier, with an ETA of 5 PM. We extremely apologize for this event and will be issuing service credits on ICB."
