http://alertra.com/spotcheck.php can't get to it either. I can't as well. Cahl is a WHT user and I've seen him posting on this board just days ago. He's part of Eirca's management). Maybe you can try to contact him via pm... http://www.webhostingtalk.com/member.php?userid=54725

No, I don't, sorry. This google cache page contains a fax number. Maybe it is also used for phone calls? http://216.239.59.104/search?q=cache...en&lr=&strip=1

well it is a fax line, i called but heard the familiar sound of fax line. i have sent them a fax, email, pm all, still no reply. I am told that my sites are down since last 13 hours, since it was night in this part of the world not many clients knew it, also today being SUnday it is relatively cool. But few are after me since morning as they can't access the site. I really hope EIRCA guys act soon. Usually they do, but not sure what is happening today. Simon, Dean pls help ASAP. Thanx

EIRCA.net was down due to a server migration for our corporate sites (See support centre for details). You will no have doubt noticed that EIRCA is shifting all efforts toward the FastServers and Global Compass datacenters in time for our official product/service intro in the middle of november. We moved EIRCA.net from The Planet this weekend along with the other components of the site. Cybernet.. if you had or have difficulty getting to your own site please input a support ticket. This move should not have affected you in any way because the servers we moved are corporate machines.. they do not have customers on them. If you put in a tech support ticket.. mark it to me so I can see what the issue was and get back to you. R'gds Dean

Dear Dean Thanks for taking note of my post. I just sent you an email via EIRCA site contact us form, as the support centre is still not working for me. Perhaps it has to do with your database problem in support center. Callum had added me just a few days ago. In case of any problem that you did not see my email in your support software program. Please pm me with your alternate email id and I will send you all the data again. Please do reply to me via email. Thanks & Regards

Niranjan: thank you for your reply. I think we can discuss this via the support centre from here on in. If you have any questions please update the active ticket. R'gds Dean

my server has also been dead for about 28 hrs now. I've tried raising tickets but it seems they are just going into a black hole. I can't phone either, the number appears to be disconnected. I'm desperate to get my server back up and running, I was not aware of any datacenter move, but maybe that's the problem?? I really need to speak/contact someone from Eirca - Maybe Dean could PM me and at least let me know what's going on? Thanks

bseenbso.. If you have a problem with your server it is likely that tech support do not even know as I see no open tickets in support and no emergency tickets submitted in the last 48 hours Log in to your support centre account and put in a ticket so we can see what the problem is. PM me if you need assistance getting in.. I assume you are a dedicated server customer as no reseller or shared servers are down. R'gds Dean

Dean, thanks for the reply. I'm raising tickets, but there not showing up anywhere. I'm raising tickets in https://secure.eirca.net/support.php . I'm in australia - what's the best way to contact you directly (I tried to PM you, but i didn't have permissions) Ian.

email me at d.cahl at eirca.net if you are using the email we have on file for you.. you should have no problems.. if you are using an alternative email.. it's likely bouncing back to you because of the SLA restrictions.. email me your server ID or client ID and I will see what I can do.. I am not actually working right now so I don't know how much longer I will be around tonight so get that email off asap. R'gds Dean
