Site not loading control panel not working support pretty dull - no replies What is happening there?? Is there any human being who is working with server division?

Perhaps they are having a serious network issue and have all of their resources assigned to resolving it rather then answering calls from angry clients who will just make the situation worse on their side? Maybe a meteor hit the datacenter?

Serverdivision support is very poor. Frequently cannot raise the Helm control panel, whenever support reply they say the problem is sorted and it will never happen again - but it always does. I'm not sure which is more annoying - the desperately slow response or the lies.

I posted a support query yesterday using the support desk of serverdivision and I got a suspicious reply as given below. Hello sir , i have been providing web hosting services here in pakistan for the past 5 years now .i was intereested in purchasing you reseller account there are a few questions i wanted to ask you though 1.will you allow me to create my own name servers 2.will i get an ip of my own 3.are you running chilli soft on the server to run asp scripts 4.how much will you charge me if i want an extra ip 5.if there is some programing module i want you to install for me what are the hourly charges ServerDivision.com An Ambient Solutions Company I'm sure that one of the ex Serverdivison tech from Pakistan is currently working with them. I'm wondering how to handle them.

Guys please look at the news builliten for more info. Im really sorry about this but SD has too many issues at the moment and we have a dedicated windows team coming on board this monday hence things will be a bit more efficient once they are in. We have just been using distributed support for now as we organise a team. Things will improve but not within a few days. ETA we are looking end of this month so please bear with us.
