For us they are up and down regularly. Anyone else having problems with them?

Nope been stable for the last month or so. Not had any loss from our monitoring for our servers there Rus

I've just spotted something. We use their generic nameservers, and testing tells us that: ERROR: Some of your nameservers listed at the parent nameservers did not respond. The ones that did not respond are: Note: If you are running a Watchguard Firebox with DNS Proxy enabled, there may be a bug causing port numbers get mixed up -- if this is the case, you can contact Watchguard to see if they have a fix. This is actually better than earlier, because they were both knackered, or more likely, the one that works was flooded. I wonder how easy this is for them to fix. Could you hazard a guess to how long it will take them (assuming they are actually working on it)?

Yo ho... down again... even though their namservers actually seem to be working this time. This is rather unimpressive.

i have been with them almost 3 and a half months and my uptime has been up everyday 24/7 save for 1 outage that was a few hours...best ded servers ive used a little pricey but you get what you pay for i guess just my experience with them (interservers.net i assume) 2 x's 20mbit unmetered plan.

I've just been looking at the guys ticket here. The site has been down at least 3 times today. Their first solution: refresh his cache, even though he sent Alerta and proxy data in the first ticket to prove it wasn't at his end. Then they investigated for hours. In the meantime, he asked me to help and I found the nameserver problem. So it looks like they eventually fixed that, and then... site down again. Hours pass and no response from their support. He even telephoned them. It looks like a shambles from here.

Jenni, I actually received the same kind of problems as you very often. Sites would just cut off for a few minutes, and even interserver.net. Not too sure what it was, but never bothered investigating, its just a play server we have really.
