Commit1.com customers...

Posted by SyraLeo, 11-16-2005, 10:57 AM
Can you guys verify that their forum and support form isn't working? I can't access my own site , i tried sending a support ticket but the server refuses my connection. They just recently fixed a disk space issue and straight after it was fixed , i keep getting connection refused. Any commit1.com customers getting the same thing? Good thing i had a previous support ticket i didn't delete so i can send a mail to them , hopefully it gets read soon , i've been hoping to get my site up after trying out various CMS and finally i decided on e107. So easy to customize and add my own pages etc.

Still does not seem to be loading. It's only been a few hours, give it some more time. I am sure Anthony will take care of the matters

SyraLeo, Our technicians have justified that the cause of downtime was due to a major DoS attack directed strictly to our main server. Our staff has done an excellent job securing the server in a reasonable time frame and so far everything seems to be running very smoothley. It so happens that a few minutes after your ticket was submitted regarding disk space we fixed your problem, but the webserver was then being hit by hundreds of ips causing this un-needed downtime. For the simple fact that your website was offline for a bit of time, we will credit you for an entire month. If further troubleshooting is needed on this specific server, you can check our forum for updates. We apologize for any trouble that this may have caused for you. Cheers

I appreciate that , but now it seems to be down again. Someone must either really hate you or is trying out his new "haxor". Hope you can trace the guy doing this.

The server was pre-schedule for further troubleshooting. Everything is now up, do to security reason we can not release any further information on this forum. If you have any questions or comments please feel free to contact our helpdesk. Cheers
