Versaweb Down gone? What is going on

Hi, I just got a reseller account and now none of the sites are working I cannot contact support, if I send them any reply they don't reply back, and my sites are down for almost a week now. Please some one suggest an alternative, please.

Have we tried other ways to make contact and see whats up? Such as thru cPanel's "Submit a Support Request" button, or thru their forum @ http://www.versaweb.net/forums/ or you could try emailing the boss... Rob... rtyree@xmission.com

I am trying everything, all I get now is vague answers, one every day and today is the 6th day going.
