ArielHost: Service Outage Report

We've called most customers already, but in case you didn't get the message and you read here (this is also posted in our forums): Our main server, which runs our web site as well as about half of our client web sites, had a power supply blow out last night around 11:00pm; this also damaged the hard drive on the server and corrupted a bunch of files. Everything has now been restored from backup and should be running (all web sites are functional), however, there are still some minor issues- 1). DirectAdmin access is not restored yet 2). FTP and Email have been spotty We are working to restore full service. All shared hosting customers will be credited with a free month due to the downtime. Dedicated server customers are of course not affected by this outage. Please call our toll free number if you experience problems with your site.

All services have been 100% restored and are back to normal.
