HiVelocity down again?

Ok, My server has been down for over 8 hours now! Does anyone have the same experience? After being down for 8 hours, they claim that the server was hacked and can not be put on the network, and hence our server is going to be down for another 4 hours while they install a new hard drive and put our original harddrive as a slave. Now, i've been getting really mixed responses from them and it looks kind of fishy..i don't really believe the server was hacked...but ok even if it was, it takes FOUR hours to get it back online?! I just wanted to check if anyone else is experiencing problems to confirm that it's actually not network outage on their side. Thanks.

We've had no downtime. They've been pretty much up for me for the last few days.
