servermatrix down?

I'm having problem with servermatrix since yesterday... a lot of packet loss now it's 2 hours with around 80% packet loss... almost inacessible! anyone else?

Yes, 67.18.* seems to be having an issue. My one server on that node might as well be offline there's so much packet loss. It's been about an hour and a half.

We have been with theplanet for a couple of years and this network's router seems to have a lot of problems. The last problem was only a couple of weeks ago. I believe this is their oldest data center. We have to get our nameservers as far away from this data center as possible.
