going into hour 26... my dinix/webhostplus vps is still down... tech support isnt answering the phone, nor returning responses to tickets... is there anyone out there either still affected, or that has had a vps go back on-line.... Am I going to be the last vps to be fixed?

what are they telling you... they told me 2 hours ago that it was almost fixed and I would be up soon, so i am hoping for the next hour or so... how about you?

Still waiting too. This is the third time its been down for me in the last week. I think this is the final straw for me. I'm off to a better hosting provider.

I am finally back up........ 6 days almost to the hour! By the way, their dedicated and colos were up in hours after the meltdown... I dont think they care about the vps's.... I lost around 2000 bucks in cancellations, and another grand in lost business from the 15 accts that left me this week. It has been devastating. makes me kick myself with being lazy and staying with them after the last fiasco... this week I moved all but 5 of the 85 accts to my 2 PowerVps VPS's.... they both are pretty maxed out now at close to 200 domains each... I will have to get another, and advise you to go with PowerVps, they are just super.... My only concern is if something happens to them Ive got almost 400 accts on 2 VPS servers.. I would be wiped out if this happens with them..... By the way, I here much bashing of vpscolo on this forum, for the record, I have 2 vps's with them and they have improved, to offering the same fine service as they were giving 12 months ago.... I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them again...good luck in finding a new provider!

my dedi was down a few days ago for about 3hrs, the said they had a power outage or something, but they said they resolved the issue so far mines been fine

Well, my VPS is STILL down! And they blamed me for exceeding my resources when I first put in a service request 2 days ago. I'm nowhere near exceeding them. Also kicking myself for being lazy and not moving after the last set of problems. I will definetly be moving this time.

it's good to hear that all your accounts are starting to come back online everyone. i just hope it don't happen again to you guys.

i think you all should Change Hoster,but remeber to get your "downtime Credit" who normal All hosting companys do

Thats nothing guys, Mine was down for over 2 days. I will never use WHP again! Period. They have the worst tech support and for the 4 months I had them, they were down every week.

i ask them to check the speed, they said nothing wrong but the speed used to be 400-500 KB/s all the time with my cable modem now only 20-40 KB/s
