I believe it's from the datacenter level, not only QuickPacket.

Work in progress. Not all systems were affected. Someone rebooted our router in the data center without notice, so this may be a power problem. I haven't been able to get anyone on the phone at the data center yet. If you need more information, please check our status blog at http://www.statuspacket.com Sorry for the trouble. Thanks.

Yes, it's a much wider problem than QP, with a large number of hosts affected. See this thread: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=503770 "the network is back to online" We still have a couple down...

Our network was not actually ever down except for the ~1 minute it took our router to reboot. We have our own router and bandwidth separate from Cyber Wurx.

More staff just arrived on site to assist with the server file system checks, reboots, etc. They do not currently have an ETA. We have pending requests for all of the servers that we know need attention. Instructions are available on our status blog site if you need to let us know about a server that needs attention.
