Not completely, 1 of my box is still down, and even the boxes that are up are still laggy.
Hope they atleast give some updates somewhere, as their irc support channel is also moderated and phone also does not works.

Hello Everyone,
The network is being worked on right now by our top network engineer. We should have service restored to those still effected very shortly. We will email all customers concerned with a detailed explanation.
Hope everyone has a good weekend!

Hello Again,
The issue was isolated to one switch which was down because of a power failure in one of the PDU's. Only a few customers should have been affected and the issue is now resolved.
Again, Hope everyone has a good weekend!

Hello Everyone.
Sorry for the inconviniene this morning, it seems that one of the pdu's that one of the customer aggregation switches were plugged into overloaded. One of our techs i guess failed to look at the big red numbers onthe meter and didnt realize by plugging something additional to it. We got the situation resolved as quick as possible, again sorry for the inconviniene.

Sounds like a bit of confusion is occurring in this thread. So did the events actually take place?
