The whole network seems to be down currently. any ideas?

Not sure, my server has been down for about 51 minutes as of this post.

Their website is currently down so i presume this is a power/network outage.

mayhap for you, our machine came back for about 15 seconds then died again. Seems gige's phone center is screwy too, wish there was a way to contact someone...

Not completely, 1 of my box is still down, and even the boxes that are up are still laggy. Hope they atleast give some updates somewhere, as their irc support channel is also moderated and phone also does not works. Greets

Hello Everyone, The network is being worked on right now by our top network engineer. We should have service restored to those still effected very shortly. We will email all customers concerned with a detailed explanation. Hope everyone has a good weekend!

Hello Again, The issue was isolated to one switch which was down because of a power failure in one of the PDU's. Only a few customers should have been affected and the issue is now resolved. Again, Hope everyone has a good weekend!

Hello Everyone. Sorry for the inconviniene this morning, it seems that one of the pdu's that one of the customer aggregation switches were plugged into overloaded. One of our techs i guess failed to look at the big red numbers onthe meter and didnt realize by plugging something additional to it. We got the situation resolved as quick as possible, again sorry for the inconviniene.

Sounds like a bit of confusion is occurring in this thread. So did the events actually take place?
