Versehost - mailing lists down?

Hi, Anyone else here still use Versehost?? We have had reasonably good value from them, but our web site is not business critical... I tried to contact their service a number of ways, then I found this site and found that many people have lots of concerns about Versehost service.. Oh well.. Anyways, the site is up, but it appears that the list server is down. I have tried it for 2 different sites that I manage and it has been down for over a week. They use "Delivered by Mailman" V2.1.6. I've emailed them, but I am not optomistic given how other people have talked about their service.. Anyone know anyone at Versehost that could get this resolved?? Thanks! Jeff
