wholesaleinternet down?

The server I have there is currently unresponsive from multiple locations, also their website does not even resolve for me. Can anyone else confirm this? (if you have something down and/or if their site resolves at your location).

I cannot contact any of my servers that I have at Wholesale Internet too. It looks like they're having more problems to me.

We have server boxes colocated with them. All of our boxes are inaccessible, and I can't bring up their website either. Does anyone have a phone number for these guys? I'm tired of playing email games with them. Their responsiveness in terms of email support is lacking significantly. In hindsight, not having a phone number is probably not a good thing. My previous provider who was always very responsive and on top of things sold some of his business out to them at the end of December including us, and I've been struggling to get them to respond to fix lingering issues via support tickets since the first week. If this takes more than a day to resolve as the support has been taking up to this point, I'm seriously considering moving our business elsewhere as this is not acceptable.

The number I have for them nobody is answering currently. I do find it highly not amusing however how the voicemail message for support issues states to email support at wholesaleinternet.com considering their own domain doesn't resolve presently. In any case hopefully they'll have this sorted soon, I'm guessing Aaron will be around to post on what is happening hopefully.

Would you mind posting that number or sending it to me in a PM or email? It's something I should have and should have gotten from them in the first place although it doesn't sound like it's too helpful here. All in all, the service has been ok for the month we've used them. My only frustration thus far has been the lack of responsiveness in resolving issues that have lingered for a month.

Well they're back online now it seems for the moment at least. ssh2 was lagging on connect initially though a bit more than normal. Kramerika the only number I have for them is 913-710-SERV (7378). In any case hopefully this brief outage will be explained to know what the heck happened. Server wasn't rebooted so it appears to be just network related.

Thanks! I just got that off of their website when I noticed them back up. I didn't mean to trash them here with my post above. The outage amplified the frustration and lack of connection I feel with them right now being a new customer and being used to a more hands-on style of support. The previous provider convinced me that this move was a good thing since it would be dedicated 24/7 support, but I have yet to see this benefit. This led me to be disappointed, but hopefully this will improve over time.

Hoobastank68, I'm also back online per my above post. If you're down yet I would fire off a ticket to their support it could be something further beyond the network outage they had.

It would be more appropriate to start a new topic regarding getting feedback on services.
