Anybody else having the same issue with their servers at simpli? They told me that it is due to duplex issue with their upstream provider, but nearly 18 hours is quite ridiculous.

Have you tried contacting them again? I would agree 18 hours is rediculous. However I would contact them again to see what is going on or if it is an issue just affecting you. Let us know how it turns out. -Jim

problem has been fixed. it's not due to my ISP connection.
