My box seems to be down and so is their site. I'm sure the whole DC is down, but anybody out there with their server online? It's 11 PM EST and its been down for about 40 minutes now. Thanks.

Their site is also down for me, however our servers all appear to be up. -Scott

Actually their website is currently working for me, however I don't know if their servers are down. But it's probably not if the site is up.

Trying to login to the support portal, loads up SOME of the time and when i login, it just doesn't go through. Anybody have the number handy? Thanks.

Up now. Didn't get any response from AIM, support portal or phone. I've never had this happen before. Anybody else experience this? Thanks.

Now, what do you prefer. Some tech on the phone trying to placate worried customers, or everyone working full out trying to fix the problem? I know I prefer the latter. Although, some sort of automated message should have been setup on AIM or sent out via e-mail

Choopa are one of the best hosts I have ever used, and only because I don't think I have ever done ANYTHING. We purchased the website about a year and a half ago and took over the 2 servers with it. I belive I have logged in once and that was only to setup the new backups. Other than that it's been up 100% of the time and choopa have done everything. Really can't ask for much more. Only their site was down for me so not really sure but I wouldn't let this put you off. -Scott

Their main site appears to be down, but it seems their customers are online. I know their dedicated server division is up: http://serversforless.com/
