Hard Drive Failure

Hello, I am unhappy to report one of our servers has had a hard drive failure resulting in downtime. Most accounts have been restored however not all and we are in the process of doing so now. For most users this will be the first downtime in almost a year however any downtime is never good downtime and we understand that your sites being down is a major issue. Regretfully yours, John

Hi John, sorry to hear that. I hope the backup is working out as planned :-) How about putting the customer data on a Raid 1? That could reduce the downtime perhaps even more while hopefully also avoiding the need for using the backup. Good Luck !!
