I am not 100% certain but it may be a NAC (their data center) issue. NAC's primary web site was down at the same time I noted by colocated boxen unavailable; Site5 also still down.
NAC's primary web site is responding but has winked out once while I've been watching.
Ah, my IP's are up now as of 7:25pm ET just seconds ago.
EDIT: looks like perhaps a power issue; just checking but it looks like boxes were restarted.

I just called their main number as well:
1-625-478-3115
and got a "the number you have dialed is invalid". I had a prepay with them for 9 months remaining . . . off of their multi-hoster promotion. I could easily see this as a front all of their subscriptions and disappear scam.
Will monitor the situation.

Hi,
As Watkins stated, this probably is an issue with their datacenter / server provider most likely. Hopefully things will be restored soon but I do see their main site being down as well.
Cheers

I have two sites with them (both on different servers) and they are both up -
www.oblivex.com and www.liberlibri.co.uk
How juicy a scandal it would have been if they did do a runner.

I am co-located with Site5 (what you'd call a "legacy customer" I guess - been with them, quite happily, for years) -- my equipment is up. Definitely restarted, but up.
I'm not having any trouble with a traceroute back to you (209.123.8.3)
edit: I see backstage.site5.com is responding.
