Veggie Host Down?

I can't reach my vps with them, and their homepage/support system isn't reachable.

Does seem down, no DNS server reply to I can't post a traceroute to see where it is dying.

Not sure which website are you referring to ? The domain mentioned in your signature http://www.wintonburycoffeehouse.org/ seems to be working fine for me....!

That site is hosted elsewhere. I have a vps with Veggie Host: 206.83.210.99 - should just show an Apache default page. I've been using it to check out some software packages. Plan on moving some sites there, if reliability isn't a problem.

You are correct, it does appear down. Not accessable via ssh either.

IP 206.83.210.99 is responding fine to ssh and ping requests... Although I see the IP 206.83.210.99 is resolving default apache page... If it is the static IP then yep, the site is down i.e the misconfiguration with apache...!! Else, if it is a shared IP then it seems to be up... Did you try contacting their support ?

VPS came back 10 minutes ago. Yes it shows apache default page - I'm using the platform for some testing right now. Veggie Host site is still down. I'll have to see how they explain the outage and make my decisions about continuing with them from there.
