DedicatedNow Down Again???

Hi everyone, This afternoon all contact to my server at DedicatedNow was dropped. I have been trying to reach someone over there all morning with no success. The phone puts me in the queue, tells me I am in the number one position, makes me wait about a half hour, and then dumps me to voicemail. I haven't even received responses from my trouble tickets, and the priority of critical I am using to label those tickets somehow is being set to low in their support system webpage. Anyone know what's going on??? As usual with this company, it is near impossible to get any information when you need it. -Eli

I have about 30 servers with dedicatednow and none of them have been effected by any outage. I believe the issue might just be with your server. I also submitted a reboot request a while ago and it was taken care of within 15 minutes. You might want to send in another ticket from a different email account.

Where did you submit your ticket ? I'm not sure the ticket system integrated with the DMS is working well so you should use http://support.dedicatednow.com Good luck

Our support number 973-572-1070 ext 1 never dumps into voicemail, you might have hit billing or might have thought the message about the procedures was VM. And we have no issues this morning. It was most likely just your ISP.
