Hi, It seems that their site is now also down. Hopefully it will be back up soon

Yes, our server is down at the moment. Please visit www.servstraforum.com to be kept up-to-date. For reboot requests, please email support@servstraforums.com for now until this matter is resolved. We do apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Problems happen, but it's how you deal with them that people measure you by, you have a separate domain by which clients can contact you, keeping contact open is the most important thing! Does servstra have a client email list that's not located on the server to say send out an email to direct people who need reboots to the other domain? not everyone comes to wht.

Posted by Servstra-Sales, 01-19-2007, 06:51 PM
We do have an offsite client list but it's not in a email list format. Depending on how long this takes to correct, it is something we might have to create.

Everything is a learning experience, although i'm pretty sure most clients, like myself, are more than happy with the excellent service servstra provides us, getting an email to offer alternate contact details during a brief problem would be the icing on the cake i've always wondered, does the member number of the servstra forum reflect the clientbase? i always thought there were many more clients, and that many just don't need to visit or even register at the forum

Posted by Servstra-Sales, 01-19-2007, 07:22 PM
We have more clients than the member number on the forums.

I agree with aqi32. Everyone has problems every so often, it is how you deal with them that matters.

Anyone hosted by Servstra down? Tried to login to Mission Control to report server down, but the page could not be found. Then went to their homepage and there is no longer a site on the server. I have been with Servstra for a few years now and have never had any issues like this.

no problems with my server there, Greg, any idea whats going on?

Posted by Servstra-Sales, 01-19-2007, 11:56 PM
The issue was server related not network related. The server is now back online and so is the ticket system. Time a for a coffee.

Greg, I don't think the servstra.com site is up yet? I am still unable to access it. And alertra.com's spotcheck tool says it's down as well. I've already sent my reboot request to support@servstraforum.com

Posted by Kristy, 01-20-2007, 01:18 AM
Okay, Alertra.com has reported that the site is up

Posted by Servstra-Sales, 01-20-2007, 01:19 AM
Kristy, I can access our servstra.com website. Try clearing your browser's cache.

Posted by -OY-, 01-20-2007, 02:15 AM
Not me, won't work for me. Even though this is my first time visiting your site. No cache involved..

Greg, just a suggestion on your website server support forum, make it so even guest can see annoucements. I had checked the forum and didn't see anything new so I moved on. I didn't realize you had to register and login into the forum for annoucements to show.
