Posted by cevenega, 12-27-2006, 10:30 AM
Hello, For 15 days, I have been having a problem to connect with liquidweb. Ping normal is of 168ms, but now is 680ms, very badly ping. Check this, http://www.digitalproserver.com/slowaccess.JPG http://www.digitalproserver.com/slowaccess2.JPG http://www.digitalproserver.com/tracert.htm I have tried to communicate with liquidweb, at&t and telefonica and they do not respond. What I can do? Thanks.

Tell Liquidweb. If you don't see a change then switch to a server in a different DC. Liquidweb relys a lot on AT&T, this is not the first time this has caused issues.

Hi Cevenega, The packets are being dropped somewhere in Sprint land. We are investigating this issue on your behalf. Our Infrastructure Director is handling it personally and will continue to follow up with you by email.

Hello, My problem was solved by liquidweb. The problem was not liquidweb responsibility. Thanks.
