Anyone else seeing packet loss to Iweb servers? Their website also seems to be timing out.

Hello, Yes iweb.ca is having issues that are going back direct to peer1 from what i can tell. an organization Last Chaos uses iweb.ca servers and they went down around 9:45ish tonight (EST). Still not working... seems that its may be a little more then an iweb.ca issue, but the DC itself, all i know is LC (Last Chaos) is suffering greatly right now. If anyone gets updates loved to read them

We are also having issues with our iWeb servers.

I called them a few minutes ago and they said their technicians are working on it.

I put a call in to the emergency line and they are working on it. No ETA and the person that answered was unaware of the cause.

There's an update from iWeb at http://blog.iweb.ca/en/2007/02/netwo...wn-r2/494.html

Okay thanks for updates , hopefully it gets fixed soon

The ones that answered the calls afterhours are an answering service. The techs onsite don't take calls like that during afterhours, only return them.

The people that answer the calls where notified we were working on the issue and were giving the correct info (we are working on it). There is a network issue affecting our core routers, the network is unstable. We will post updates on our blog.

We think we have identified a problem with core router R1. It has been shutdown. It looks like servers are back to normal for everyone. Please confirm if you are still down or if you are UP !

The updates Martin was referring to are at http://blog.iweb.ca/en/2007/02/netwo...wn-r2/494.html good job Martin. Outages with you guys are a strange occurrence!

Were up across all our servers.

We'll have to figure out that one ... looks like R1 has gone bad, we still do not understand why, we'll have to analyse logs. For the moment it has been disabled. We first tought the problem was with R2 but it is running fine now. We'll post updated on our blog. Regards,

There might still be problems at iWEB-CL, we are still investigating. If you are hosted in the iWEB-CL datacenter and you are still seeing problems please let us know.
