Steadfast status?

Looks like our machines over at Steadfast aren't responding. Anyone else having problems? Last edited by dgarbus; 02-07-2007 at 10:53 PM.

I can get on their site fine - it does look like there's an issue somewhere though.

All my stuff there seems to be fine. Try sending them a ticket? Or you can call them (888.281.9449) if you can't get to their site. Alex

For the record, Steadfast was not down.

Thank you for posting the retraction before I needed to comment on it. :-)

Thank you for the clarification Just curious, what was the cause for your outage?

One of their switches failed.

No it didn't.

Yes. One of their switches failed. I was told by one of their techs right after the problem was resolved.

While that may have been the cause of an outage for you, it certainly was not the cause of Dave's outage.

That's correct. Our outage was not caused by a switch failure, nor do I see any news on their website that states there was a switch failure.

That is news to me. Are you referring to the scheduled maintenance on one of our access switches, which was announced in advance, and resulted in just a couple minutes of downtime to the few affected customers? That happened about a week ago. Dave's issue was not any fault of ours, etc. and I'm sure if he wants to go public with the reason, he will, but I won't give out such information without his approval.
