Anyone else having problems with HiVelocity.net? Any idea what the problem is this time?

We lately recieve quiet a few complains regarding their network..gee
maybe time to move away

I think this have to do with cogent..

Some of our shared customers did experience about 10 minutes of downtime due to a problem with one of our Cisco switches. We will be scheduling a time to replace this switch soon. Please keep your eyes out for the maintenance email. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
