Can't get into any of my websites on ThePlanet. I even tried to go to ThePlanet.com and it is down for me. Can someone confirm this? Does anyone have their phone number? Thank you

It works fine on my end as well, try connect through a proxy

Ditto. Works fine for me as well! Try clearing your internet cache and re-starting your browser. If all else fails, restart your computer and try again. It just might be an issue with your web browser. If the problem persists, give them a call!

We have to server clusters there. Haven't had network downtime in several months.

It took over 9 seconds to load the homepage, but it's up! (theplanet.com)

Thread moved to Providers and Network Outages and Updates. It took a bit to load the page for me as well, but then again, their main page has about 500Kb in total.
