Hello, I am having problems connecting to one our servers at quickpacket.com . Does anyone else having any issues like that?

seems like it was a momentary issue. Things are normal now.

Looks to be down again, quickpacket site isn't coming up, so I am unable to open a ticket. PM-ing.

They have an off-network site that they use to provide updates in the event of service interruptions at their primary DC, complete with the option to subscribe to a mailing list for updates. You might want to ask them about it; they've been really good about keeping it updated during network outage events.

Never heard of it, but I will ask. Anyone on it and know what is going on? Looks like it went down about 10:30-10:45 EST. -Jay

Yeah, my site is down also. I'm sure my subscribers are not too happy right now. Do you have an ETA on when the servers will be back online again?

Yeah it's been down for 2 hours, their status page did say it was coming online(as of a few minutes ago) however both their main site and all 3 of our servers there are down. I am sure they will have it all back on soon.

FYI -- I can get to two of the three boxes from the customer you're working with. We're aware of the third, as well as several other servers that are not responding still.

The support ticketing system is online -- we are backed up with tickets, as I'm sure you can imagine. We are responding to tickets.
