I believe LT is having some network issues. I've been having trouble with accessing them for the past little while yet others have had no issues.

Hello, We are not experiencing any network issues at this time. There was an issue last week and a short one over the weekend related to a dDoS attack. Both have been resolved. I would suggest you speak with your reseller and have them open a support ticket to look into your server. Thanks, Jeremy

LayeredTech do keep their forums updated (http://layer0.layeredtech.com/) whenever there is a network issue. As mentioned in your tickets last night, your server was rebooted and needed to do a FSCK check (hence the delay in it coming back up). If there's anything else, please do email us.
